Isaac T.K. Sawer’s journey from humble beginnings to real estate titan is a testament to his hard work, determination, focus, and strategic vision. Isaac grew up in the Architectural and Construction business. His experience spans over more than 2 decades. From 2004 to 2011, he worked with MORG CONSULT, a Design and Construction firm in Accra where he worked his way to the top of becoming a Senior Designer. In addition, he was tasked to oversee minor and major construction projects. Prominent among many other noticeable works he was involved with are the KPMG Building (located at Abelemkpe) and Takyi Plaza (located off the Spintex road).
Owing to his enviable reputation in his service delivery, ASSENTA PROPERTIES came knocking seeking his engagement to be a senior partner within their corporate establishment. He served this company from 2011 to 2018. With the dream of owning his business in the foreseeable future, Isaac forfeited his role at ASSENTA PROPERTIES and started to develop the idea of becoming a self-reliant business professional. Between 2018 and 2019, he worked on several projects spanning from civic, commercial, and recreational buildings to residential buildings. American House located at East Legon, Accra bears his artistic signature from planning, design, and construction. In 2020, Isaac took a bold step forward to set up his real estate business hence
